About Tricia

Hi, I’m Tricia Smith, a certified Level 1 Nutrition Coach and Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach through Precision Nutrition, a high school Health teacher, and a lifelong learner when it comes to health and wellness. My passion for coaching comes not just from my education, but also from personal experience. I’ve been through the weight-loss process myself and know firsthand the challenges and setbacks that can arise along the way. As I have aged, I have come to realize that sleep and low stress are crucial for my overall health. More importantly, I’ve experienced the freedom and confidence that come from building sustainable habits and creating a lifestyle that supports long-term health. As a teacher, I love breaking down information in a way that’s practical, simple, and easy to apply. My coaching approach isn’t about restriction—it’s about progress, confidence, and feeling your best every day.
